It's Over, Isn't It? - Tourmaline

I was considering just drawing Sparkle pearl for this one, but I wanted to draw Tourmaline instead  since she's from Homeworld, I drew her in Blue Diamond's Court instead of a hotel in Empire City I based the structure off of the Lunar Sea Spire, and the color scheme was based off of this image, which is amazing: fav.me/d9mxyt8
